About the role
Veolia designs and provides water, waste and energy management solutions. This engineer will develop and review process and mechanical design calculations, equipment lists, and technical packages for water and wastewater projects.
What you'll do
- Review and mark up P&IDs against project specifications and balance diagrams
- Perform line sizing, velocity checks, and equipment sizing calculations
- Develop equipment, valve, electrical load, and instrument lists
- Prepare technical packages for rotating and static equipment
- Review material takeoffs and fabrication drawings
- Coordinate with modelers to monitor design progress
