Associate - Remanufacturing

Furlenco remanufactures returned furniture and appliances through refurbishment, repair and quality control. This associate will oversee those processes, improve efficiency and quality, and support remanufacturing staff.

• Supervise inspection, repair, refurbishment and quality assurance
• Develop and implement remanufacturing standard operating procedures
• Improve turnaround time while maintaining product quality
• Train and mentor remanufacturing staff
• Optimize material use and reprocessing to reduce costs
• Track production data and report on efficiency and waste
