About the role
ALS provides scientific testing and data-driven insights across environmental and other samples. The chemist will analyze environmental samples and maintain laboratory records in line with relevant methods and ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
What you'll do
- Analyze water, wastewater, soil and other environmental samples using relevant methods
- Maintain records for sample preparation, standards, breakdowns and sample logbooks
- Record laboratory environmental conditions in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025
- Maintain impartiality and confidentiality in laboratory activities
