About the role
Deutsche Bank’s Corporate Bank provides cash management, trade finance, lending, securities services and trust services to corporate clients and financial institutions. The Data Controls Associate supports production systems, investigates transaction data issues and improves controls, reporting and service reliability.
What you'll do
- Provide second-level production support for Corporate Bank applications
- Resolve incidents and maintain application stability within agreed service levels
- Investigate non-STP transactions and reconcile payment data
- Query and analyze data to produce reports and actionable insights
- Document requirements, processes and user guides
- Automate manual support tasks and mentor team members
