About the role
nference builds AI technology using biomedical data and machine learning to support research and healthcare. The intern will analyze electronic health record data, develop processing workflows, validate cohorts, and support LLM-assisted information extraction.
What you'll do
- Build pipelines to fetch, clean, and preprocess electronic health record data
- Apply statistical methods to assess data quality and detect anomalies
- Define and validate research cohorts
- Automate batch processing and data transformation workflows
- Support LLM-assisted information extraction and cohort refinement
- Evaluate and optimize data processing and inference workflows
