Lead Data Scientist

Signify develops lighting, connected lighting, and Internet of Things solutions, including data analytics and AI offerings. The Lead Data Scientist will build and evaluate machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI solutions and guide junior team members.

• Build and optimize LLM applications using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models for prediction, forecasting, recommendations, and other use cases
• Create features and AI-ready data pipelines from structured and unstructured data
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, safety, bias, latency, and business usefulness
• Integrate AI/ML models into applications, workflows, and business systems
