Lead Engineer

Arrive provides a global urban mobility platform for parking, payments and travel services. You will shape the Discounts platform's architecture and mentor engineers in AI-assisted full-stack development.

• Define AI-first development workflows for the team
• Set technical strategy and architecture for the Discounts platform
• Write code using generative AI tools for prototyping and complex problems
• Mentor engineers in prompt engineering and AI-assisted software development
• Partner with the Engineering Manager to de-risk projects and validate engineering plans
