Lead Engineer - Thermal Dynamics

GE Vernova’s Aero-Thermal Clearances Design & Systems team supports gas power turbomachinery through thermal design and analysis across the product life cycle. The engineer will develop thermal models, assess designs, and provide technical recommendations for turbine products.

• Execute heat transfer, secondary flow, and thermal analysis for turbine components
• Build and improve thermal models and interpret analysis results
• Prepare design review materials with conclusions and recommendations
• Identify thermal performance risks, design improvements, and root causes
• Evaluate design-to-cost opportunities with engineering teams
• Document analysis outputs, assumptions, and conclusions
