About the role
Tricog builds predictive diagnostic platforms for cardiovascular care in clinical environments. This engineer will guide technical direction and deliver scalable, secure frontend and backend systems while mentoring engineers.
What you'll do
- Drive technical design decisions across frontend and backend systems
- Review architecture proposals and uphold engineering standards
- Lead delivery of complex, cross-cutting features
- Identify technical risks and balance delivery with platform health
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions
- Improve automation, tooling, and responsible use of AI-assisted development tools
