About the role
Redesign Health builds healthcare companies and an AI operating system supporting their work. You will own backend platform systems and agentic development patterns used by engineers, agents, and domain experts.
What you'll do
- Build APIs, databases, services, resource models, and access patterns for the AI operating system
- Design agentic coding patterns, harnesses, memory management, and verification loops
- Develop self-learning multi-agent code review systems
- Create developer tools and interfaces for technical and nontechnical builders
- Build reusable platform primitives for shared workflows across teams
