About the role
Veolia provides water, waste and energy management solutions focused on ecological transformation. The engineer will oversee detail engineering, review process and mechanical design deliverables, and lead project teams through customer and project milestones.
What you'll do
- Review and approve P&IDs against project specifications and mass balance diagrams
- Check equipment, pump, blower and valve sizing calculations
- Review equipment lists, electrical load lists and material takeoffs
- Evaluate technical bids and negotiate technical matters with vendors
- Coordinate design progress and lead mechanical, design and drafting teams
- Resolve customer, installation and commissioning comments across projects
