About the role
Veolia provides water, waste and energy management solutions for industrial and municipal markets. The Proposal Engineer will design water treatment processes, prepare technical and cost proposals, and evaluate vendor quotations for projects.
What you'll do
- Develop process descriptions, calculations, and engineering deliverables
- Select and design water and wastewater treatment processes
- Prepare Capex, Opex, and return-on-investment calculations
- Review vendor quotations and prepare technical bid evaluations
- Review tender specifications, standards, and customer requirements
- Participate in design reviews and lead HAZOP or SIL reviews
