About the role
nVent designs and supplies electrical connection and protection solutions, including low-voltage power products. This engineer will design customized products, prepare manufacturing documentation and quotations, and support sales and customers.
What you'll do
- Design customized Flexibar, FleXbus and Power Shunt solutions
- Review drawings and specifications for manufacturable, cost-effective designs
- Interpret customer requirements and prepare technical documentation
- Create part setups, bills of materials and manufacturing drawings
- Prepare quotations with pricing, drawings and customized solutions
- Provide technical support to sales and customers
