• Design and implement software solutions that meet product and customer needs
• Develop maintainable, scalable, tested, and secure code
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Participate in Agile planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives
• Mentor engineers and conduct design and code reviews
• Translate product requirements into technical designs and delivery plans
