About the role
Diligent provides governance, risk and compliance software that helps organizations manage risk and governance. The Senior Content Engineer will own product documentation strategy and build structured, automated, AI-ready content workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead documentation strategy across assigned SaaS product areas
- Define information architecture, content models, and documentation standards
- Build AI-ready content, prompts, agent instructions, and workflows
- Automate documentation testing, validation, publishing, and deployment
- Use customer feedback and analytics to improve documentation quality and findability
