About the role
GE Vernova’s Advanced Research organization develops research programs and technologies for its energy businesses. This engineer will design, program, integrate, and deploy robotic automation systems for manufacturing operations.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy robotic automation solutions for manufacturing lines
- Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify automation opportunities
- Program industrial robots and integrate them with manufacturing equipment
- Apply machine vision for part recognition, inspection, and alignment
- Conduct feasibility studies and build proof-of-concepts for automation technologies
- Troubleshoot deployed systems and mentor junior engineers
