Senior Software Engineer I – Backend & AI-Enabled

Everbridge develops mission-critical voice processing applications. You will build and operate cloud-native backend services and infrastructure, using AI-assisted tools to improve delivery and software quality.

• Design and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Provision and support AWS infrastructure with Salt and Terraform
• Build REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Improve observability, reliability, automation, and service performance
• Support production systems through on-call and incident response
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance
