Senior Staff Software Engineer

Motorola Solutions builds connected technologies for public safety and communications. You will design and develop high-throughput SIP microservices and distributed systems for mission-critical deployments.

• Design high-throughput, stateless SIP microservices in Go
• Build protocol translation between SIP-over-TCP/TLS and SIP-over-ZeroMQ
• Engineer concurrency and message-passing patterns for high-load services
• Integrate distributed state, leader election, and cryptographic key rotation
• Build throttling, schedulers, and retry handling for reliability
• Implement DNS SRV routing and distributed tracing for observability
