Senior UX designer

• Design end-to-end experiences across operational products
• Define workflows between users and AI systems
• Identify research needs and frame user problems
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid validation
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready specifications
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders
