About the role

Cognite builds AI and data solutions for industrial digitalization and operational improvement. You will build and operate backend execution and workflow services, improving their reliability, scalability, APIs, and observability.

What you'll do

Design and operate a serverless execution engine and workflow orchestration layer
Own uptime, latency objectives, and incident response for platform services
Architect scheduling, queueing, and retry mechanisms for scalable workloads
Design versioned REST and event-driven APIs for internal and external users
Instrument services with tracing, logging, and alerting
Automate testing and maintain production deployment pipelines
