Software Engineer

Maersk is modernising global trade through technology, and its People Technology team builds and supports HR systems. This engineer will configure Workday, build full-stack and AI solutions, and deliver secure integrations and operational improvements.

• Configure and support Workday Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits modules
• Develop generative AI applications, copilots, and autonomous agents for HR workflows
• Build frontend and backend applications and scalable REST APIs
• Maintain CI/CD practices, code quality, and secure cloud deployments
• Design, test, and deliver change requests and system enhancements
• Handle incidents, mass loads, and day-to-day HR technology operations
