About the role
Rockwell Automation develops technology that helps manufacturers improve productivity, sustainability, and agility. You will industrialize new and continuing products by improving PCBA manufacturing processes, coordinating builds, and ensuring production readiness.
What you'll do
- Represent industrialization on new product introduction project teams
- Lead design for manufacturing and assembly analyses
- Review PCBA designs for cost, quality, and process performance
- Identify and validate assembly equipment, tooling, and fixtures
- Coordinate prototype and pilot builds and evaluations
- Develop work instructions and implement process improvements
