Sr Software Engineer

GE HealthCare develops medical technology and digital healthcare solutions. This engineer will investigate deployed product issues, identify root causes, and deliver fixes and preventive improvements.

• Investigate install-base issues from triage through resolution and follow-up
• Troubleshoot product, software, integration, and deployment problems using diagnostic evidence
• Apply DICOM, PACS, HL7, and IHE knowledge to resolve interoperability issues
• Recommend code, configuration, and process changes to prevent recurring issues
• Contribute code fixes, scripts, automation, and troubleshooting tools
• Support upgrades and migrations and maintain troubleshooting documentation
