About the role
Coupang's Commerce team builds cloud commerce systems for pricing, billing, usage metering and revenue generation. You will design scalable backend services and distributed systems that process usage events accurately and provide real-time billing visibility.
What you'll do
- Design backend systems for pricing, billing and usage metering
- Develop event-driven architectures for real-time usage and infrastructure data
- Build systems that provide customer usage and billing visibility
- Design components for rate cards, pricing plans, discounts and multi-currency transactions
- Improve reliability, accuracy and scalability in revenue-critical systems
- Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering practices
