Staff Product Designer

EarnIn provides earned wage access and financial wellness products for people living paycheck to paycheck. The designer will improve core financial experiences, establish consistent design patterns, and validate solutions through research and usability testing.

• Design core journeys for bank connection, account setup, earnings tracking and repayment
• Define design requirements with product, engineering and data teams
• Establish design patterns and systems across platform features
• Identify friction in critical flows and improve usability and compliance
• Use research and customer feedback to prioritize measurable improvements
• Partner with Compliance, Risk and Finance on regulatory requirements
