Technical Leader - Combustion Fleet/ NPI

GE Vernova develops gas turbine products and combustion systems. The Technical Leader will lead combustion fleet and new product projects, resolve technical issues, and guide cross-functional design and analysis work.

• Lead combustion system development and fleet issue resolution
• Plan technical execution for projects and maintain deliverable quality and schedules
• Analyze test results and prepare design and root cause reviews
• Coordinate system optimization with mechanical, controls, and accessory teams
• Apply AI-driven solutions to improve design efficiency and predictive accuracy
• Mentor the team on analysis, design optimization, and technical tools
