About the role
Valtech is a digital experience consulting company that helps brands create customer experiences and transform digitally. The UX Designer will lead research, define user-centered solutions, and design and validate experiences across client projects.
What you'll do
- Lead UX work from discovery and problem definition through experience design
- Conduct user research, interviews, workshops, and usability testing
- Define information architecture, user flows, journeys, wireframes, and interaction models
- Create prototypes and validate concepts with users
- Collaborate with clients, product owners, designers, and developers
