About the role
Lakshya creates game art and animation for video game titles. The Animation Lead guides the animation team, reviews and improves assets, and manages workflows, client feedback, quality, and project delivery.
What you'll do
- Establish animation workflows, review processes, and project quality checkpoints
- Review animation assets and guide artists on improvements
- Clarify client requirements and coordinate responses to feedback
- Plan daily workloads and track progress against timelines and budgets
- Create or polish keyframe and motion-capture animations when needed
- Provide feedback and support artists’ development
