Lakshya develops skilling and educational initiatives with government, university, and industry partners. This manager will lead program delivery, grow partnerships, and develop the L&D team.

• Translate skilling strategy into plans, budgets, and delivery roadmaps
• Plan and deliver large-scale training programs
• Develop industry-aligned curricula and monitor training quality
• Define program KPIs and drive corrective action
• Build partnerships with government agencies, skill councils, and educational institutions
• Lead the growth and development of the L&D team
