About the role

What you'll do
- Lead readiness and operating model deployment for finance transitions into the India hub
- Oversee transition deliverables, controls, quality, risks, and issue resolution
- Coordinate stakeholders and change communications across sending and receiving hubs
- Provide interim operational and people oversight for onboarded teams
- Manage capacity, attrition risks, cross-training, and succession coverage
