• Automate cloud platform provisioning with infrastructure-as-code and golden paths
• Build self-service platform capabilities for consuming teams
• Define SLOs and improve platform observability
• Review code and uphold secure engineering standards
• Resolve incidents and automate permanent fixes
• Mentor engineers and assure partner-delivered components
