About the role
Equiniti operates enterprise technology environments that require application and infrastructure monitoring. The Observability Engineer will configure New Relic solutions, automate monitoring with Terraform, and improve visibility and reliability across technology teams.
What you'll do
- Configure and optimize New Relic monitoring across applications and infrastructure
- Design dashboards, alerts, workflows, and service-level monitoring
- Develop observability standards and monitoring frameworks
- Implement observability configurations using Terraform
- Analyze monitoring data to identify trends and performance bottlenecks
- Handle incident, service, problem, and change requests
