• Design and support endpoint solutions using Intune, PowerShell and Microsoft cloud services
• Support migrations from on-premises platforms to cloud-native solutions
• Develop and maintain automation for device management and security compliance
• Troubleshoot complex end-user computing issues and production incidents
• Evaluate endpoint technologies and improve engineering processes
• Support and mentor less experienced colleagues
