About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting the operations of a financial institution. The analyst will administer the ServiceNow CMDB and IT asset processes, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate integrations with other IT service management functions.
What you'll do
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow CMDB records and relationships
- Manage ServiceNow Discovery Agentless and ACC
- Audit and reconcile CMDB data to resolve discrepancies
- Develop CMDB policies, standards, and procedures
- Integrate CMDB data with incident, problem, change, and asset management processes
- Maintain CI models, relationships, and data dictionaries
