About the role
First Citizens India is a global capability center supporting banking operations, including domestic and international wire payments. You will oversee complex wire transactions, resolve exceptions, strengthen controls, and help deliver process and technology improvements.
What you'll do
- Manage wire processing, verification, release, monitoring, repair, and reconciliation
- Investigate complex payment exceptions and drive timely resolution
- Monitor payment queues, cut-offs, aged items, and shift handovers
- Translate operational needs into requirements, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
- Support system changes through UAT, defect triage, and post-release validation
- Analyze operational data to improve processing accuracy and controls
