About the role
First Citizens India supports financial services operations for First Citizens BancShares and its banking businesses. This analyst will oversee ACH payment processing, investigate exceptions, strengthen controls, and improve operational workflows.
What you'll do
- Process and monitor high-volume ACH transactions
- Investigate exceptions, returns, rejects, reversals, and adjustments
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
- Execute operational controls and quality-assurance reviews
- Identify workflow automation and standardization opportunities
- Support system enhancements, UAT, and transformation initiatives
