About the role
First Citizens India supports the banking group's operations, including credit administration and risk management. This analyst supports credit risk rating users, maintains support systems and documentation, and produces operational reporting.
What you'll do
- Investigate user inquiries about risk rating systems and processes
- Validate data and use SQL to investigate issues
- Maintain SharePoint documentation and case management solutions
- Support Power Automate workflows for routing and escalations
- Develop Power BI dashboards and operational reports
- Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements
