About the role
First Citizens India is a Bengaluru-based global capability center supporting the operations of a U.S. financial institution. You will configure and implement ServiceNow IT asset management solutions, supporting software and hardware asset processes and platform delivery.
What you'll do
- Configure ServiceNow ITAM processes using platform best practices
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions
- Support software and hardware asset management implementations
- Lead technical design workshops and advise process owners
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and change requests
- Provide knowledge transfer and on-call upgrade support
