About the role
First Citizens India supports banking operations and services for First Citizens BancShares. This analyst will investigate and process check and payment transactions, address client requests, and help improve operational controls and processes.
What you'll do
- Process high volumes of check transaction research cases
- Investigate partner requests and resolve client issues
- Prioritize work to meet service-level agreements
- Escalate complex issues and potential risks
- Identify process efficiencies and support department initiatives
- Apply banking policies and regulatory requirements consistently
