About the role

What you'll do
- Lead ITSM governance and compliance across the change lifecycle
- Facilitate CAB meetings and manage change schedules, risks, impacts, and dependencies
- Develop Power BI dashboards and executive governance reports
- Drive adoption of Copilot, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint Online
- Lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
