• Design IT processes that improve organizational productivity
• Administer Microsoft 365, Teams and OneDrive workflows
• Design Azure and SharePoint access and sharing policies
• Set up hardware, workstations, networks and local servers
• Manage user accounts, device policies and Azure DevOps infrastructure
• Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, operating system and application issues
