About the role
Udhyam Learning Foundation works to enable people to pursue their potential through entrepreneurship. The Finance Manager will oversee accounting, reporting, donor compliance, audits and cash management while supporting organizational decisions.
What you'll do
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books
- Prepare monthly management reports and analyze budget variances
- Coordinate donor reporting, grant compliance and audits
- Manage audit schedules and support statutory compliance
- Monitor cash flows and prepare liquidity forecasts
- Partner with teams on finance policies and donor requirements
