About the role
Udhyam Vyapaar works with nano businesses in India to address their challenges and support income growth. The Senior Specialist will develop and manage monitoring frameworks, analyze program data, and use field observations to improve outcomes.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine monitoring and evaluation frameworks and indicators
- Design data collection tools and oversee data management
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and report actionable findings
- Visit program sites to observe implementation and validate data
- Lead learning activities and disseminate findings to stakeholders
- Ensure monitoring activities meet organizational, donor, and ethical standards
