Senior Manager - Organisational Culture Assurance

• Develop models to identify behavioral patterns and organizational risks
• Build and maintain culture and risk dashboards for audit and leadership teams
• Integrate workforce, compliance, safety and other enterprise data sources
• Create analytical products for audit planning and assurance prioritization
• Develop AI-assisted methods to identify patterns and potential risks
• Establish analytics standards, controls and quality processes
