About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including sustainability and asset data programs. This analyst will validate, reconcile and prepare asset datasets, review field submissions and support project reporting.
What you'll do
- Review asset photos for accuracy, completeness and readable data plates
- Analyze database exports in Excel and validate data against project standards
- Research equipment serial numbers to identify manufacturing dates and specifications
- Reconcile client datasets with collected asset data for system updates
- Monitor field submissions and provide real-time quality feedback
- Clean datasets and prepare floor plans for audits and system migrations
