About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including facilities services for clients. The Assistant Engineering Manager oversees facility maintenance, engineering contractors, inventory, reporting and service delivery with the Engineering Manager.
What you'll do
- Oversee preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs
- Support management of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil maintenance
- Prepare critical spares lists and plan maintenance inventory
- Coordinate contractors and manage equipment downtime and breakdowns
- Generate maintenance, inventory and incident reports
- Coordinate engineering staff and vendors to meet service targets
