About the role
JLL provides real estate and facilities management services for clients. The Technical Executive will maintain site operations and equipment, coordinate vendors and safety activities, and support performance and energy improvement programs.
What you'll do
- Maintain electrical, mechanical, and other site equipment safely
- Develop and carry out preventive maintenance programs
- Monitor technical team performance against service targets
- Coordinate vendors, audits, repairs, and project timelines
- Implement energy management and cost-saving programs
- Help plan and review site engineering processes
