About the role
Turno supports battery and energy storage systems, including lithium-ion batteries, UPS units, and inverters. The technician will install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain deployed systems at customer sites.
What you'll do
- Install and commission battery packs, ESS units, and associated electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot battery, BMS, inverter, and communication issues
- Inspect deployed systems and perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Record service reports, commissioning results, and replaced components
- Attend customer service calls and travel to sites for field support
- Follow battery isolation, electrical safety, and LOTO procedures
