About the role
JLL provides real estate and investment management services, including facilities services for clients. The Facility Manager will oversee building operations, maintenance, technical projects, vendors, budgets, and sustainability initiatives.
What you'll do
- Oversee facility operations, building systems, and maintenance programs
- Coordinate minor technical projects, contractors, timelines, and budgets
- Implement sustainability initiatives and report environmental metrics

- Conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance and emergency plans
