About the role
JLL provides real estate services, advisory and technology to clients. The lead will oversee facility engineering operations, maintenance, compliance, vendors, budgets and an engineering team.
What you'll do
- Develop engineering procedures and operational policies
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil facility operations
- Plan engineering budgets and project contracts
